🆕📝 Letters with Jason, Belated [#3]

This one got a bit moody and abstract. But it was cathartic to finally stitch the thoughts together enough to get them out of my head. Sorry it took so long, @jsonbecker! You sent me a real thinker.

🆕📝 Has Google Safeguarded Its New AI Photo Features or Not?

With ease of use, the waters around AI photo edits have become murky. But I’d argue that Google hasn’t just tossed us in without floaties.

TL;DR: You can cancel iTunes Match and not lose anything. Mostly. Kinda. You should probably read it. 😜

Would you look at that! I’ve managed to run a little more each year since 2019. 🙂 🏃‍♂️

Scott professional toilet paper.

Yes, thank you @manton! I much prefer when your RSS feed always points back to your own domain. Make the external link to whatever you’re highlighting obvious, but I subscribed to you. I want to be taken to your site first. It’s more clear, and clear is better.

The diagonal iPhone camera lenses look waaaaay better than the stacked ones. And better than the 3-lens array on the Pro models. Fight me.

I’m feeling post-y and spicy tonight. AMA

“Not sleeping together is complicated.” I just saw this line from the trailer for ‘Still Up’, an Apple TV+ show about a couple of friendly insomniacs. It produced a chuckle. 😆 I love British comedies.

We need Snapchat-like quick sending of photos to multiple people for iOS messages. I could probably make a facsimile of it with Shortcuts, but the UI in Snapchat is great.

I’ve been using TopNotch.app for years and loved it. But now Bartender replicates the rounded screen corners feature, and (fingers crossed) it doesn’t look like it has the same buggy dynamic wallpaper limitations. As much as I liked TopNotch, this means one less app I need running on my system!

Uh oh. I’m getting the itch for alpinism. Also, just finished watching Race to the Summit. Awe inspiring human achievements.

Ugh. Experienced data loss today for the first time in ages. I knew better than to type a whole blog post into a web browser without copying it elsewhere, and yet… Now to decide if it’s worth rewriting.
