I don’t post often, but wanted to share this! Through years of careful budgeting and paying WAY more than the minimum each and every month, I’m very happy to out of student loan debt! This isn’t something I could have done on my own, and I have incredible parents, being in the right place at the right time for a fortunate job, and the most amazing and supportive wife, (plus a healthy amount of privilege) to thank for setting me on the right path…but it was a choice and hard effort to begin paying them down before graduation, and to continue to make getting out of debt a priority. Our family has a long way to go to be actually be out of debt, but I’m proud and happy to have hit this milestone after three years of focusing on this goal. 📷
