@petebrown Oh boy, that doesn't sound good. Mine has been pretty rock solid, except battery life is lacking (despite a battery replacement last year) and now one button is a little mushy.

@jarrod Went with the iPhone 16 Pro, 128GB in White Titanium. I went all of last year thinking the Natural Titanium was the prettiest, but then last night it suddenly looked too "fancy" for me. This'll be my first white iPhone.

@keenan Moving on from my 13 mini is giving me literal heartache. I'm excited about the new features and battery life, but I'm somewhat dreading going back to a massive and heavy phone. And leaving behind this objectively gorgeous color. 😢

@numericcitizen They’ve always discontinued the old Pro models immediately after introducing the new ones. Only the standard line sticks around!

@numericcitizen The case sizes were 41mm and 45mm before, I'm pretty sure. They're getting 1mm bigger in height and width, but 1mm smaller in depth for each model this year.

@stephenrobles Literally just new colors and USB-C. Who knows how long until they get a real update? Which is weird because I see them around quite a lot. They must be selling, so you'd think they'd want to keep improving them. 🤷‍♂️

@Gte Yep, pretty much! They've had that going for several years now, and it's pretty nice. No sleepy-eyed struggle to select all your storage/color/payment options on actual pre-order day.

@dmoren I think (from WWDC) that will bump you out to ChatGPT, but I'm not sure. The Apple Intelligence logo there certainly doesn't suggest that.

@jarrod Via apple.com, macOS Sequoia, iPadOS 18, iOS 18, watchOS 11, and visionOS 2 are all coming out not only in the same week but all on the same day: September 16. tvOS 18 doesn't seem to have a page, but I'm going to assume it's getting released then, too. That's a double Bingo, y'all!

@dmoren For the jumps in screen size, that doesn't seem too bad. 1mm thinner is nice.
