@hunsanger Oh, and I went with black, regular size, and 128GB. I like that the colors are vibrant this year, but I’m disappointed that none were colors that I’d want to carry. If they debut a product red phone later in the cycle, I’ll be extra disappointed that I couldn’t get that one now!

@mandaris The 16 Pro was just too big and heavy. And I didn’t feel good about spending the extra couple hundred dollars on something that I kinda disliked. There were things I definitely liked about it more (better screen, telephoto lens, longer battery life) but not enough to even the odds against the weight, size, and cost.

@hunsanger Mostly weight and size. The 16 Pro crossed the invisible line into “too heavy” and “too big”. The 16 doesn’t fix much on the size, it’s still too big, but the wright gets back into “manageable” territory.

@pratik I suppose you could use something like Keyboard Maestro or Better Touch Tool to both call up the shortcut and then end with a paste command.

@pratik I don’t think you can make it automatically paste something outside the shortcut. Maybe with a ‘Stop and Output Result’ action, but that would only work on Mac and it’s a little inconsistent.

@quiddle Its a bit easier than “grabbing” the top of the display. And can be done with gloves on. 👍

@ibmacin AirPods Pro are much more complete with noise cancelation. But the 4’s more than meet my needs and are much more comfortable in my ears.

@darrencohen.me I can’t do the in-ear tips, so hard to say for sure. I’m positive that the Pro 2 is much better/effective, but I’m getting what I need out of the regular 4’s with way better comfort.

@gregmorris Quality has definitely been on the decline. And yet I find myself getting sucked into doom scrolling there. Not great! I’ll be glad when I can just point people on Threads to my federated Micro.blog account when that all works and leave the Threads app behind.
