I realized today that, as of this month, my /now page is, in fact, a “year ago” page. I’d love to automate it with what I’m watching, bookmarking, listening to, etc. a la @robb@social.lol, but I’m afraid I don’t have the code chops yet to figure it all out. I’d settle for some iframes from services!

A lot of services provide an RSS feed that allow you to do it pretty easily. Letterboxed, Pinboard, Micro.blog’s stuff are all pretty simple. You can use this service as a starting point.
@Mtt You’re the best, Matt, thank you! This is just exactly the type of thing I was hoping to surface by wishing into the void. 😄 I was looking into RSS to iframe converters, but this might be perfect. I’ll dig into it tonight.
I did a couple a while ago, I believe for @pratik. Every feed has its own little nuances that have to be worked out, but we got mostly there in the end.
@pratik Ha. I was typing my last reply before I saw this one.
@pratik @Mtt Thanks for the example. I’ll see what I can cook up, but might reach out if I get stuck, if that’s okay?
Definitely ok here.
