I’m in on the 30 days of yoga! I’ve been using down dog app several times a week. I 🧡 yoga with adrienne, this will be a nice program to go through.

@pratik Re: who vs. whom — yes a good rule of thumb for officially grammatically ‘correct’ English. Not a great rule for English at it is really spoken by real people. ‘Whom’ is gradually disappearing in actual usage.

yes I do. Good options to customize each session (time, type, focus, etc).
