Republican Party leaders are coming to terms with the fact that the leading candidate to be their next presidential nominee was just found guilty of sexually assaulting and defaming a woman in a Manhattan clothing store.
Should Trump be the party’s presidential nominee? Sen. Josh Hawley (R-Mo.) told reporters, “That’s a choice that the voters will make.” Hawley went on to say that he also thought that Trump will be the party’s nominee.
