@jasonekratz Nice! It’ll be nice to have just the one place to post. (P.S. Titles are optional for posts over 300 characters in Micro.blog, so it should be possible with any theme. But Mythos does do a nice job displaying them.)
@jarrod I wish Apple’s macOS developers the best of luck as they hurtle toward the autumn OS release season. 🤞
@kev @gar Wow, I really like this. Also adding to RSS, but the web app format is so good (and RSS formatting a little janky) that I might just stick that on my Home Screen.
@BenRiceM I’m not impressed at all with how it looks to drags down the Lock Screen.
@news Ah, good to have confirmation that the “x” just hides the popup. I always worried that it would stop the process.
@rscottjones You and me both, brother!
@jarrod P.S. A local, Apple Intelligence-powered (read: free) version of that shortcut is coming as soon as the OS 26 updates are released.
@jsonbecker Ours is in a shared folder of Apple Notes.
@jarrod Wait, does May count as recent? Recent-to-me*! 😅
@jarrod Guess who didn’t make a pre-beta train backup! Looks like I get the pleasure of setting this guy up from scratch. 😬
@matt_birchler Coulda convinced me that was a MacBook Air!
@coperob I tried that, but not enough space unfortunately.
My thanks to @siracusa for the reminder that I can just stay on the older software and keep those features. 😆
@manton I can understand that too.
@simonbs Neat! I’ve wanted something simple like this for game score tracking (not just golf) for years!
Small bit of unsolicited feedback: I find it confusing when I have to tap an “X” to dismiss a screen I’ve made changes on. I always worry it’s going to disregard my adjustments. I always wish a checkmark could be used if changes have been made that will be saved.
@amerpie @manton Valid concerns from @sam_c. Discover isn’t a feature that draws me to or keeps me on Micro.blog, but I’m sure it is for others and should get better. Even though I prefer my personally curated Timeline, I do follow the Discover feed via RSS and it’s fun to scroll through every few days.

@crossingthethreshold Oooh. I know what I’ll be doing tonight. Booting up the Kobo and smashing that update button!
@cjhubbs Delivered today! 6 days from order to delivery. 👍
@jsonbecker Yup
@manton I was thinking a crawler of some sort.
@vincent Sure! I’m curious.
@manton Whoa, what happened on August 21?? Did every post on my site get visited once or something?!
