I just finished my first run using bone-conducting headphones, and it was the best exercise audio experience I’ve had in forever! No ear pain, no worrying that the earbuds would fall out, and I stayed totally aware of the world around me. I’m afraid this spells the end for my Beats Fit Pro.

The practice of rising early enough to greet the sunrise is not one that I’ve mastered. But I’ve never regretted it, either. #mbmar 31 📷 (timeline | grid)

The mirror reflections on still water always mesmerize me. And apparently my dog, too! #mbmar 30 📷 (timeline | grid)

Finished watching: Shrinking on Apple TV+ 📺

Right up there with Ted Lasso and Trying as a smart, charming, heartfelt, and laugh-out-loud funny show. Jason Segel, Harrison Ford, and the whole gang really pulled off something special here. It’s some of their best work and I loved every character.

30-Day Minimalism Game, Day 24

24 bits of old climbing webbing, boots, an Apple TV, a board game, an Apple Watch, and some more camping gear. (Some of these items can be purchased from my OfferUp page if you’re interested.)
